Transforming a historic landmark building in the heart of Pioneer Square in Seattle for Marriott included all amenities areas, and the creation of 262 guestrooms within the former bank’s marble slabbed walls. Historic plaster detailing was restored to blend the old with the new and a Seattle sports-centric bar included.
